Comments = Winds are degraded by cloud for most of the night. Curiously, although winds early in the night are close to zero (as expected when viewing through heavy cloud, there is a lengthy period from about 10 to 18 UT when the inferred winds are uniform but directed roughly poleward. This is almost certainly still an artifact of cloud.
